Comprising FIHQ staff and EDI champions – one researcher from each project – that inform Faraday Institution policy and practice and embed best EDI practice.

Advising the organisation on how best to achieve its ambitious aims of creating a dynamic, diverse, driven pool of talent, and bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise from academia, industry and the public sector.
The main point of contact in each project that can advise on and sign-post training opportunities, give guidance on the use of the annual training budget and champion professional career development.
