Announcing the Faraday Institution – Henry Royce Institute rapid access scheme to promote the use of Royce facilities by UK battery researchers.

It’s intended to offer Faraday Institution researchers a streamlined route to access key characterisation techniques FOR FREE for quick investigation of electrode and electrolyte materials.

Applications to the scheme are primarily expected from early career researchers (ECRs), who should seek support from a principal investigator or co-investigator of the Faraday Institution project they are associated with.

The scheme is intended:

The Royce SME, student and research access schemes remain open to support projects with more complex requirements. ECRs who already access Royce facilities at their home institution should continue to do so via established routes.
