Chief Operating Officer
Catherine Callow joined the Faraday Institution as Chief Operating Officer in September 2025. She was formerly Executive Director – Finance & Operations of Innovate UK Business Connect where she had overall responsibility for management of the finance function and for the flow of financial information to the chief executive, the board and management. She is a qualified finance professional (ACCA) and holds a degree in IT – Design and Manufacturing, as well as significant experience in working with systems and data. Prior to joining Innovate UK Business Connect, she led financial teams in the further education sector.
